This was a single sleeve double album released on Brookville Records. The release is an RCA Special Products issue. Brookville Records logo is seen in the upper right hand corner of the front cover. The labels on this release were a mustard colour.

Most reissues came with a blue label, but this reissue came with the original mustard label. These labels may have been left over from the original batch and used up, or may even have been the first batch of reissues printed up and then converted to blue labels after the mustard labels were finished. NOTE* This reissue was released on "Gold Vinyl" with a black label. It is the same as the "Brookville" release titled "Elvis". The title on the front cover is shown as "The Commemorative Album". It comes with a "Certificate" of authenticity with matching serial number inserted inside the cover. The Gold Limited Edition sticker has the number "Reg.No. 64366". The enclosed certificate matches this. The bottom left of the front & rear covers has a small photo of the original release.
